> What is power inductance?
A passive electronic component that stores electrical energy in the from of magnetic flux. When a current flows through a coil, it creates a magnetic field. When the current changes, the magnetic field changes accordingly. The change in the magnetic field induces a voltage in the opposite direction of the current to counteract the change in the current, this property of the coil, which suppresses current changes, is called inductance, and the component with this property is called an inductor.
